The main library has a collection of over 6,000 items books and videos. There is a special Tryon and Oklahoma collection including school pictures of Tryon students from 1923 to 1997 when the school was consolidated with Perkins.

Fall Fest is coming! On Sat, October 24th, the Town of Tryon is holding the Fall Festival/ Halloween celebration! We'd LOVE for you to be a part of it! Right now, the library is taking donations to purchase candy, prizes, and other fun activities for our community to come and enjoy!
If you'd like to make a meaningful impact and show your support, you can bring in items or offer financial support. All checks or money orders should be made out to Tryon Public Library, and all physical donations can be dropped off at the town hall during regular hours before October 15th. We truly appreciate your support and generosity in helping us make this event a success.
More information will be posted as plans are set in stone. Thank you!
